Thank you to everyone who attend our Fall Concerts. The audience was wonderful at all 3 concerts and it was great to see such strong support for the music program. We are all ready working towards our Christmas Concerts. Students have their new music and we are excited to present those on Dec. 18th, 19th and 21st. (Please check the calendar to confirm what night your group is performing on.
Just a reminder that pick-up for the Neufeld Farms fundraiser will be Friday, Nov. 17th at 4 pm. Please come to the music room to get your order form and the deliver truck will be waiting for you in the parking lot. Bring your order form to Mr. Monkman and we will get them assembled and off the truck as quickly as possible. Students are responsible for picking up their order for all their customers (this includes teachers on staff), the Music Dept. does not have spaces to store frozen goods.
Keep an eye out at the end of November for the 2nd round of Global Coffee. It’s the perfect time to stock up for the winter as well as purchase coffee for gifts/stocking stuffers.
Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival:
Permission forms due Friday, Nov. 17th. Get them in before the bus fills up.
There’s been a slight delay in the clothing order due to a miscommunicatoin over sizing. I anticipate the clothing order being ready to pick up around Nov. 22-23.
